How to make appointment slots limited to a specific year?

I also only want selections to be available for 2026. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

Hi Brian,

I saw that the available appointment time slots on your form start on Jan 01, 2026, and end on Dec 31, 2026. Check out the screenshot below:

As can be seen, the time slots available on the Appointment widgets are within the year 2026. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

It seems that you've added another appointment field to your form. Can you share to us what you're trying to achieve with your form? I checked the new appointment field, and it is currently configured to allow only one person per slot.

To enable that more than one person can pick the same appointment date you should change the Appointment Type. I'll walk you through setting that up:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Appointment field, and click on the Gear icon to open Appointment Properties. 
2. In the menu on the right side of the page, click on the Advanced tab.
3. In the Appointment Type section, click on the Group icon, then enter the maximum number to Maximum Attendees Per Time Slot.
