Is there a way I can choose which email address I get notified to - since currently our customer service department (not me, the owner) is receiving these in their ticket queue so the information is delayed to me unless I manually check the support within Jotform.

Hi Robert,
By default, when you create a support ticket, the email address associated with the account you used will be notified. We currently don't have an option to cc an email. Your option is to create a support ticket using the account that is associated with the email you wish to receive the notification.
