How to download the PDF and the attachments?

Can you please help me determine easiest way to quickly download form and its attachments to complete an order?

Hi Glen,

You can download the submission form, the Jotform Tables. You can download the submission in the PDF format, CSV or in an Excel. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Tables page, hover over the form whose data you want to download, and click on View Table.
2. On the upper-right side of the page, click the on Download All button. 
3. Now, select Download as CSV, Excel, or PDF to download your data.

You can also check out our How to Download Form Submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF guide for more information. The reason you are not seeing the PDF in the Jotform Tables is because you've not created the PDF report of your form. Let me show you how:

1. Open the PDF Editor, under the blue navigation bar, click on the +NEW PDF button.
2. Choose three vertical dots, and select Rename option. Rename your PDF. That's it.

Once you create the PDF report in the PDF editor, you'll be able to see that PDF report option in the Jotform Tables and in the Jotform Inbox.Let us know if you need any other help.

I couldn't really follow your instructions on setting up pdf form. While on my "Workspace" page, I went to "Products" tab and then to PDF Editor, I get ...

When I click on TRY PDF EDITOR, I get this...

All I can get are templates. Don't even see the screens you showed my in your video.

Hi Glen,

I'll share the steps so, you can easily follow it. Let me walk you through the steps on how you can open the PDF Editor from your form builder:

1. Log into your Jotform Account, on the My Workspace page, select your form by choosing the tick box next to the form.
2. Click on the More option with the downward arrow.
3. Select the Open PDF Editor under the DATA option. That's it.
4. In the PDF Editor under the blue navigation bar, click on the + NEW PDF button.
5. Select the Use Default Lay Out first option in the pop-up box.
6. Choose three vertical dots, and select Rename option. Rename your PDF. That's it
