I changed the phone number field in a form because the submissions were coming in incorrectly. Now, all past submissions are missing the phone numbers. Is there a way to revert back? This is a major issue.

Since you changed the phone number field, past submissions won't show the previous data because the field structure was altered. Unfortunately, there's no way to revert the field to recover the old phone numbers in those submissions.

If you have deleted any submissions, you can restore them from the Trash in Jotform Tables, but changes to form fields do not affect stored submission data retroactively.

1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

I missed your latest message. If the previous Phone Number fields was deleted, all submissions under it will also be removed. You can revert your form to restore the previous submission data. You can use the Revision History feature that lets you revert your form back to an older version you select. Let me show you how to use it:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Circular Arrow icon at the top middle of the page to open the Revision History menu.
2. In the menu on the right side of the page, select the version you want to restore the form to. 
3. Now, just click on Revert next to the version you select, and then close the Revision History menu in the top right corner.

If you want to proceed with the new phone field going forward, you can choose to hide the old element. It's really easy to do. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, select the element you want to hide and click the Gear icon.
2. Go to Advanced tab and enable the Hide Field option. That's it.
