after I add the first option group (shape) and assign the prices for each option, I can't change pricing for any other option groups (such as size and wood type). That field is then greyed out and shows a lock next to it.

    Hi Cosmic_Tree,

The Special Pricing per Option feature, including the ability to price based on size, is limited to only one product option at a time. Once enabled for a specific option (like shape), it disables the feature for other options. This is also why the special pricing for your product size is disabled or locked, since special pricing already exists for the shape option.

If I disable the special pricing for the shape pricing option, the size pricing options become available.

That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Ultimately what I'd love to be able to do is to have a base price, let's say $1000. Then each option adds or subtracts from that base price. So if someone selects a Square shape, it deducts $100. If they select a Round shape, it adds $200. Then if they select Cherry wood, it adds $300. If they select Pine wood, it deducts $200. And after they've selected all their options, their grand total shows at the bottom, then they click "Pay Now" and can pay for the item. Can all that be done in Jotform?

    Hi Cosmic_Tree,

I've got an update on your request. You can use the Single choice or Multi-choice element and create a product list and assign the values for each product list. After that, you can use the Form Calculation Widget to add and subtract from the base price. Here is a guide on how to use the Form Calculation Widget. Let me show you how:

    1. In the Form Builder under the Build section, click on the Add Form Elements + button.
    2. Choose Multiple Choice element. Remove other options. Title it as Product 1. Add the Base as an option. Special Pricing Option for Size is Locked and Unavailable Image 1 Screenshot 90
    3. Select the Black gear icon to open the Properties. Click on the OPTIONS tab.
    4. Turn the toggle ON for the Calculation Values.
    5. Enter the $1000 in the Calculation Values box. Select ADVANCED tab.
    6. Choose Base from the dropdown menu for Selected as Default. Close the panel. Special Pricing Option for Size is Locked and Unavailable Image 2 Screenshot 101

Follow the same steps to add the other products, for example: Round Shape, Cherry Wood, Square Shape and Pine Wood. But, in these four products, do not select any of these one as default. After that, you edit the title and the prices for the products Square Shape and Pine Woods. 1. Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Add Form Element +
    2. Select Widgets tab, Search for the Form Calculation, click on that Widget.
    3. Click on the Wand Icon to open the Widget settings. Special Pricing Option for Size is Locked and Unavailable Image 5 Screenshot 134
    4. On the Right side, in the box click on the ADD FIELD button, choose Product 1+Product 2 - Product 3.
    5. Select SAVE button. That's it. Special Pricing Option for Size is Locked and Unavailable Image 6 Screenshot 145

Now, we will add the payment integration and set as user defined amount, then we'll select the Form Calculation widget to pass the total values. This guide on mastering the payment form integration with Jotform will be helpful. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Add Form Element +
    2. Select PAYMENT tab, select any payment integration. Drag and drop it on your form.
    3. On the right side of the panel, choose User Defined Amount from the dropdown menu under the Payment Type.
    4. Click on the dropdown option for the Get Price Form and choose Form Calculation widget's title. Click on the SAVE Button. That's it. Special Pricing Option for Size is Locked and Unavailable Image 7 Screenshot 156
