    Hello FoodPlaceSLRC,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Currently, the approval flow in Jotform Workflows is designed to be configured and managed within the Workflow Builder. There is no specific public API for managing the approval flow outside of the builder. However, approvers can complete their tasks directly from the emails they receive, without needing to log in to the builder, as the emails contain approval buttons that allow them to approve or reject requests.

Additionally, it is possible to configure options so that approvers do not need to log in to Jotform to complete approvals, making it easier to manage them from outside of the builder. Here's how to do it:

    1. In Approvals, click on the gear icon of the approval element.
    2. In the General tab, scroll down a bit.
    3. You'll see a Require Login for Approver option. Toggle it off to disable login to approvers.

If you need more features or advanced integration, I recommend checking out the official Jotform Workflows documentation to learn about all the available options.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
