Reset monthly submission limit

    I haven't even been able to launch this form and we have used up all our submissions? It has all been from testing. Please clear my limit so I can get this tested and working. I was able to check links this morning and haven't sent another form and now suddenly, I can no longer check links from my emails. If you want happy customers, you need to fix this. My client is going to sign up but not until he sees it working.

    Hi Robert,

    I see that you have exceeded your monthly submission limit. Unfortunately, we are unable to reset your monthly limits. You would have to wait for your next monthly reset schedule for that. You can easily check your account's monthly reset date in Jotform. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page, and then click on Settings.

    2. Go to Usage in the menu on the left, and beside the Monthly Usage section, you’ll see your limit reset date.
