    Hemos visto que nos han cargado un año entero en la tarjeta, cuando no hemos renovado la subcripcion

    Pasaremos a la devolución del cargo

    No tengo ningún teléfono para poder comentar el error, ni puedo desvincular la tarjeta al programa.

    Now, coming back to your question, the auto renewal can't be disabled and this is also indicated when upgrading your subscription to any of the paid plans. As requested, I've canceled your Silver subscription and processed a refund of $468, since you qualify for the 30-day money-back guarantee. The amount should reflect in your account within 7-10 business days. Keep in mind that your subscription is now back to our Starter (Free) Plan.
