Hi Claudia Davis,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
To put your subscription on hold and stop monthly payments, you will need to cancel or pause your subscription depending on your payment method. If you pay via PayPal, you can log in to your PayPal account, go to Payments, then Manage automatic payments, select Jotform, and cancel the subscription to stop payments.
If your subscription is managed through Square, you can log in to your Square Dashboard, go to Payments, then Subscriptions, select your subscription, and click Pause to temporarily stop payments.
Please note that Jotform subscriptions are recurring and will renew automatically until canceled or paused through the payment provider.
Let us know if you need more specific instructions based on your payment method.
Best regards,
Claudia Davis -

Hi Claudia,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it is not possible to put your subscription on hold. But you can Cancel Your Subscription, and then upgrade your plan again when needed. Cancelling your subscription is easy, let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Profile Image/Avatar icon, and click on it.
2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.
3. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.
4. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.
Then, you'll see a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Just follow those instructions to continue with canceling your plan.
Let us know if you need any more help.
