Limit the forms shown in my All folder

    However, I'm able to move my new cloned form to my "Dedicated" file but the form stays in the "All" folder, and if I delete it from the "All" folder the form is deleted from my "Dedicated" file.

    We need to keep the "All" folder less than 5 form otherwise we can't clone or create new form.

    Please provide assistance on this matter.

    Hi Will,

    Unfortunately, we cannot be able to limit the number of forms shown in the All folder. Note that all the forms you added to the different folders will show up in the All folder and this is the standard behavior which is why it is above all the folders in the hierarchy. Check out the screencast below:

    As an alternative, you can just select the folder you want to check, so you will not see all the forms under your account.

    Hello Jovito,

    Your response was unclear to me.

    1)Last month we had a folder entitled "Angela". When we created a clone form from the All folder and made the changes to the form it would be dragged to the Angela folder. Do you know happened to the Angela folder?

    2) Now I can clone a form, make my changes, and drag it to my new "Dedicated" folder but it stays in the main area as well as the "Dedicated" folder. When I delete this form from the area I created it, the same form in my "Dedicated" folder gets deleted as well.

    Please advise in this problem.

    Hi William,

    Under All folder, you will see the list of all the Jotform Products that was associated to your account. This includes the Forms your created and cloned, AI Agents, Signed Documents etc. Once you moved a form to a certain folder, you will see the folder label beside the Form title, see screenshot below:Limit the forms shown in my All folder Image 1 Screenshot 20

    Note, that whatever changes you made on the All folder, will affect the form you added on your sub-folder where you made the form. That is why when you deleted the form on the main or All folder, it was also deleted on the Dedicated folder where you moved the form. As mentioned by my colleague Jovito, it is not possible to limit the number of forms that will show on the All folder.

    As per your concern about not being able to create new form or clone form, I checked your account and can see that you have a Starter Plan. For this plan you have a Form Limit of 5, if you wish to add more without having your other forms deleted I suggest upgrading your account to increase your Form Limit.
