Unable to Clone Form

    Hello Support,

    I'm not able to Clone a form. When I click on "Clone" nothing happens. Please help.

    Hi William,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Usually, to clone a form from your account, It's easy to do. Let me walk you through it:

    1. On your My Workspace page, click on Type at the top of the page, and in the Dropdown menu that opens, uncheck the boxes next to all the assets except Forms, so only they’ll be shown on the page.

    1. Now, hover your mouse over the form you want to clone, and click on More on the right side of the page.
    2. Then, in the Dropdown menu, under the Form column, click on Clone.

    Unable to Clone Form Image 2 Screenshot 51This creates a new form in your account and redirects you to Form Builder, where you can Customize the Style, Set up the Fields, and Configure the Settings.

    1. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
    2. Try cloning the form using a different web browser or an incognito/private window.

    If the issue continues after trying these steps, could you provide us with the URL of the form you're trying to clone? Also, if possible, a screenshot of what happens (or doesn't happen) when you attempt to clone it would be very helpful. Here's a guide on How to Post Screenshots to Our Support Forum.

    Thank you for the cloning information.

    However, I'm able to move my new cloned form to my "Dedicated" file but the form stays in the "All" folder, and if I delete it from the "All" folder the form is deleted from my "Dedicated" file.

    We need to keep the "All" folder less than 5 form otherwise we can't clone or create new form.

    Please provide assistance on this matter.
