Hi AlphaBESTEducation,
Viewing the shared assets with you is easy. Let me show you where you can find them:
- On your My Workspace, in the left menu, click on Shared with me.
- In the navigation menu in the top-left corner, click on Forms.
- In the dropdown menu that shows, select the shared Asset you want to view.
Additionally, you can also filter the Assets depending on the person who shared it. Let me show you how to do it:
- While you are still in the Shared with me folder, in the navigation menu in the top-right corner next to the Creation Date button, click on Shared by.
- In the dropdown menu that opens, check only the checkbox next to the name of the person whose shared assets you want to see.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.

This is a terrible design. All our forms are shared by me as the holder of the account. My chat is flooded with complaints from our users. Not to be overly dramatic, but a lot calling for Google Forms now.
The other issue is we do not see how users now can create a form and add it to our master folder. In the past, users could create a form and drag it in to their folder I created. Now it appears I will have to at least start all the forms and then share it with them. Is that the case?

Hi AlphaBESTEducation,
Only the folders have been removed from the Shared With Me Folder, but your subusers can still see the forms that have been shared to them. They can click on the Shared By folder on the upper right side of the page to filter the forms that you have shared with them.
Let us know if you have any other questions. -

I understand they can see who shared forms. I'm just noting that the folders are organized by departments and people within our organization. Now that is completely removed. All of our forms are technically shared by me so that means that box is useless to us.
I still would like to know how a user is able to create a form and make it so I can see it to share it with other users. Previously, a user would create the form and drop it in our master folder (or folder I made for their team or them). Now I do not know what to tell our users on how to make a form and give me access to share it with everyone else. How is that process now handled? -

Hi AlphaBESTEducation,
Unfortunately, shared forms are no longer grouped by the original folders they were in. Instead, forms are now displayed individually under the Shared with me section.
As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
