Hi Marissa,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
If you can't find a previous version of your form, please check if you have used the Form Revision History feature. This feature allows you to view and restore earlier versions of your form.
Here’s how to do it:
- Go to My Forms and select the form you want to check.
- Click on More (three dots) next to the form.
- Select Revision History to see previous versions.
- Choose the version you want to restore and click Restore.
If you don’t see Revision History, it might be because it’s not available for your form type or plan.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Marissa,
Are you referring to the previous versions of your form? If yes, you can use the Revision History feature that lets you revert your form back to an older version you select. Let me show you how to use it:
- In Form Builder, click on the Circular Arrow icon at the top middle of the page to open the Revision History menu.
- In the menu on the right side of the page, select the version you want to restore the form to.
- Now, just click on Revert next to the version you select, and then close the Revision History menu in the top right corner.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
