Auto-populate Jotform DropDown Element from HubSpot

    Hi!

When integrating with HubSpot, is there a way for a JotForm Dropdown list to be auto-populated with data in the related HubSpot dropdown? The data changes in HubSpot and it would be difficult to keep the JotForm list up-to-date.

    Thanks!

    Hello @Sharpe_Lacey,

Thank you for contacting JotForm Support.

Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to populate form field options from HubSpot or any other integrations. The options in a field must be entered manually. Please note that all integrations are one way, JotForm to Integration, and there is no option to pass data back and forth.

The only option to populate form fields is when filling out the form itself. You can use the URL Parameters to pass in data directly to your form fields and to select from the available options.
