how can I set the PDF editor image box to a fixed size, some images from submissions make the form take multiple pages

Hi Greg,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. At this time, the PDF Editor does not offer a setting to fix the image size using exact dimensions (like fixed width and height values). Instead, the only way to control the size of uploaded images in the PDF is by manually dragging the corners of the image box to scale it to your preferred size. However, do note:
- The image will still maintain its aspect ratio, so tall images might still cause extra spacing even when scaled down.
- You can try repositioning the image field in a separate section or page to avoid disrupting nearby content.
While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
