Can we pause our subscription?

​Hello, 

We are a dog club wanting to look into purchasing your product for our yearly event. We are only needing your service 3-4 months of the year and that is why I'm contacting you about your custom pricing.

We are expecting approximately 170 payment submissions within that time frame. We probably need between 3-4 forms. We are mostly needing Jotform to accept payment for vending/RV spaces at our show.

Is there a way we can have the service be not active for the months we do not need it?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand you'd like to see if it's possible to pause your subscription. While pausing subscriptions is not yet supported, you may consider subscribing to the Silver monthly plan. When not in use, you can easily cancel the subscription so it wouldn't renew. When canceled, your limits will reduce down to the Starter plan level, but none of your forms will be deleted. However, submissions exceeding the total submission storage will not be accessible until more space is freed or the limits have been increased again. We also have a guide on Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits that you can check out. It's easy to Upgrade your Account. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.

3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method. 

Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:

After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.

If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment.
