This is a bit disingenuous because actually editing the forms -- adding photos or text, changing/moving fields is incredibly awkward, non-responsive--and frustrating. At least that's been my experience with every email responder and notification I've worked on, in every form created. The editing functions are extremely limited.

Hi Mel,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Could you please provide us with something specific of what you are trying to do, and any ideas of how to improve it. If would be great if you could take a recording of what you're struggling with, so we would know in which area to improve.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Hi Bojan -- There are several issues.
- In the autoresponder email, the subject lines includes EVERY field from the email body (see attached). This can't be right... (see "Silurian Foundation Donation Form_BUILT"
- The entire interface for adding, editing, changing, sizing elements is awkward. Placing elements is difficult and haphazard.
- There is no way of "seeing" and judging without submitting multiple form submissions. It required multiple trial and errors before the result was acceptable.
- You asked for suggestions: Make the interface true wysiwyg. At least fix it so that when highlighting a line with my cursor, to insert or edit, it doesn't jump to another line.
In terms of priority, please fix the subject line issue in #1 above.
Thanks,
Mel

Hi Mel,
Unfortunately, your screenshot didn't get attached to your last reply. This mostly happens when you reply using your email client instead of the Jotform support ticket system. We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that. Can you also tell us the form URL so we can clone your form and take a closer look at it?
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Hi Andreas -- Thank you for your reply. The reason the screen shot wasn't attached is because, unlike the previous threads -- and this one, too -- there is no dedicated place to upload images, unlike my experience with previous request.
Here is the URL for the form that's giving me problems.
https://form.jotform.com/251206877933060
BTW, I managed to format both the Thank You screen page and the autoresponder email to where I needed it. Just took too long, for the reasons cited above.

Hi Mel,
I cloned and check your form and notice that you've fields added in your Autoresponder Email Subject multiple times. Check out the screencast below for your reference:
As you can see, the Form Title is added to the Subject twice, and the Progress Toward Our Goal field is added thrice. We can easily customize this. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab on the orange navigation bar and click Emails on the left side panel.
- Next, hover your mouse over your green Autoresponder Email and click on the Pen icon.
- In the Email Subject field, hover your mouse over one of the grey form fields, and click on the X icon to remove them.
- You may also add field answers to your Subject by using the blue Form Fields text on the right, and selecting the form field you'd like to add.
That's it. We also have a guide on How to Edit Notification and Autoresponder Emails that you can check out.
If you need further help to set up your Email Notifications, let us know what kind of changes you'd like to do and we'll guide you further.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Raymond and Andreas -- Thank you both for pointing out my mistake. Until you did, I never understood that I could customize the subject line at all, and I "picked" the extra fields without reading the instructions fully. Dump me, but I bet you get a lot of that.
Thank you again
Mel
