No recuerdo mi clave de encriptación y si no puedo acceder a esos datos, no puedo confirmar que se han efectuado los pagos, lo cual es un enorme problema poque sin esos datos no puedo contactar con el cliente

Now, coming back to your question, Unfortunately, if you have lost the private key, there is not much that can be done to regain access to your encrypted data. The data is secured using end-to-end encryption, and without the key, it is not possible to decrypt the submissions. We recommend turning off encryption to start receiving submissions normally again. Here’s how to turn off encryption:

1. In the Form Builder, go to the Settings tab.
2. Look for Encrypt Form Data and toggle it to No.

Make sure to keep your private key safe in the future, as losing it means you cannot access your encrypted data.
