Hi, I'm reaching out as in Jotform Tables, if I select one submission, I cannot find "Download as Excel" button anymore. See the screeshot below.
I can still download from here but I also would like to understand why that button went missing in above ss.
On a separate note, how does "Unique Field" work? If I choose a phone number as a unique field and if someone submits a form with the same phone number again, it will not be submitted and show the error message as "Multiple submission not allowed" or sth like that?Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Regarding the missing "Download as Excel" button when selecting one submission in Jotform Tables, the current design allows you to download submissions by selecting multiple entries using the checkboxes on the left and then clicking the Download All button in the upper-right corner. From there, you can choose your desired file format such as Excel or CSV.
The button you mentioned might not appear when only one submission is selected individually, but you can still download specific entries by selecting them and using the download options available.
For more detailed steps on downloading submissions, you can select the submissions you want, click the Download button, and then choose the file format. The download will start automatically once the file is ready.
