Buen día para reportar en la plataforma demoras en los tiempos de respuesta.
laplataforma no nos permite descargar los resultados, y casi no nos deja generar QR de formularios.

Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, just to clarify, are you unable to download your submission data as Excel, CSV, or PDF? If so, can you let us know if you're seeing any error messages or if the download is simply not responding? This will help us better understand the issue and help you more efficiently.
In the meantime, I've gone ahead and cleared your form cache, see if that makes any difference. Also, can you try clearing your browser's cache and cookies? If the issue persists, try using a different browser or accessing the platform in incognito mode.
