Downloaded PDF: The boxes and blanks line are not lining up properly

    Last issue: When I download the PDF and print it I have to print to 143% of original size before the boxes and blanks line up properly. Can't figure out why that is happening.

    Hi Allan,

    This issue usually happens due to page size or margin settings in the PDF viewer or printer settings. To fix this, can you check the following:

    • Ensure the PDF page size matches your printer paper size (e.g., A4 or Letter) in the PDF Editor Layout tab.
    • Check your printer settings to print at 100% scale or "Actual Size" instead of "Fit to Page".
    • Adjust margins in the PDF Editor if necessary to better align fields.

    I will give this a try. Thank you. Just so know - the pages on Jotform are set to A-4, but my actual form is A-3. BUT I print 2 pages per side, bc that seems to work best.
