Thank you for all your help. My form is almost ready, but having a few adjustment. I printed a test contract below and it was mostly good. Some of the fonts were very small and truncated so I lengthened the fields so they would not truncate. Hope that resolves that issue.
In the section of the form "Schedule of Accommodation and Domestic Duties I need to tweak the positioning AND Jotform is printing out Full ticboxes with tics. I just want the tics. How do I fix this?Last issue: When I download the PDF and print it I have to print to 143% of original size before the boxes and blanks line up properly. Can't figure out why that is happening. Thanks for your feedback

Hi Allanarrow,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. You can lengthen the fields in your form to prevent truncation of text, which you have already done. Additionally, in the PDF Editor, you can change the font size and alignment of the fields in PDF Editor. Let me show you how:
1. Open your form in Form Builder, and click on the Form Builder dropdown menu at the top-left side of the screen, then go to the PDF Editor.
2. In PDF Editor, click on the Roller Paint icon.
3. Under the Element Style Tab, you can adjust the Font size as well as the Line spacing.
I moved your other questions to new threads and will help you with that in the links below:
Downloaded PDF: The boxes and blanks line are not lining up properly
Full tick boxes and ticks are being printed in the PDF
Reach out again if you need any other help.
