Could you please let me know when my monthly subscription will be update ? Because new month is already started and still submission is not updated yet.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The monthly submission limit resets on the first day of your monthly usage cycle. However, your account is still exceeding the monthly submission limit. I've gone ahead and reached out to our relevant team about this. We'll get back to you as soon as we get an update from them.

Your monthly usage cycle will reset on May 15, 2025. You can either wait for the reset to restore your limits or upgrade your account to increase your monthly limits. You can easily check your account's monthly reset date in Jotform. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page, and then click on Settings.
2. Go to Usage in the menu on the left, and beside the Monthly Usage section, you’ll see your limit reset date.

Hi - per the note I received above, and I also received the same thing in email, my monthly usage cycle was supposed to reset today, May 15. Now when I got into the dashboard, someone has changed the date to May 25. That's not reasonable or fair. Could you please reset my cycle to start today which is what I was told by Jason in the previous thread? Thank you.

I checked our system and it seems my colleague made a typo on his response. The monthly reset date for your account is every 25th of the month and not 15th. If you think this is inaccurate, can you share a screenshot of the email you mentioned that shows as May 15? This guide will show you how to do that.

Thanks for the screenshot. The email you received is the same response from my colleague Jason. Apologies, but my colleague had a typo on his response instead of May 25, 2025 he responded May 15. Rest assured that your monthly limits will reset every 25th of the month at 8:00 AM EST.
