Hi John,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. I was able to see the values entered in the mobile and home number on Jotform Tables. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.
