No hay suficiente espacio para los archivos cargados

me puedes ayudar necesito saber que cosas son las que estan usando el espacio /almacenamiento disoonible, no encuentro forma de saber que es lo que mas esta pesando, me ayudaria me indicaras que es lo que causa esa saturacion en el espacio.
