estimados, buenas tardes, estoy intentando descargar el reporte en formato excel y no me arroja ningun resultado. por favor su ayuda. esto sucede para todos los forms que tengo hechos

Now, coming back to your question, I tried replicating this issue on a cloned version of the Mc donald's - Novared form, but I was unable to do so. I cleared your form's cache on my end as a form of basic troubleshooting. Clearing your form caches is one of the ways to refresh your forms. Can you try clearing your browser cache? These guides will show you how to do that: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari.
