Hi Brissman,
Keep in mind that assignees are people who are given access to fill out and submit the assigned form on behalf of the form owner. They must have a Jotform account to access the assigned forms. Assignees can submit the form and their submissions are linked to their accounts. They can also review the submissions they have sent through the Sentbox feature, where they can view, edit (if permitted), print, or request changes to their submissions.
However, assignees are not the people submitting the form anonymously or without a Jotform account. They are authorized users who can review and manage their own submissions but typically cannot edit the form itself unless they are added as form collaborators.
In summary, assignees are people who can review submissions they have submitted and manage them through their Jotform account, not non-Jotform users submitting the form.
