Hello Inga,
Currently, the Assign Form feature requires assignees to either sign up for a Jotform account or log in to their existing account to access the assigned form. This is a necessary step to track and manage form submissions securely.
There is no option to bypass this account requirement when assigning forms via email or using the Assign Link. This ensures that only the intended assignees can access and submit the form, maintaining data integrity and security.
If you want to share the form more openly without requiring accounts, you might consider sharing the direct form link instead of assigning it, but this method does not provide the same tracking and management features as the Assign Form option. If you're looking to send an email from Form Builder to someone, you could use the Share On Email feature, let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder for your form, in the orange navigation bar at the top, go to Publish.
2. In the menu on the left, click on Email.
3. Select Share On Email
4. You can update the Email Subject and Email Content if needed.
5. Once done, click on the Recipients tab.
6. Add your desired recipients in the To field.
7. Finally, click on Send.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.
