AI Agent: Messages from AI Agent are not getting in WhatsApp.

    Hi mananinnbsolutions,

    I understand that you're having an issue with your WhatsApp AI agent. I have checked your account, and you have 1 AI Agent created. I tried to check the AI Agent WhatsApp setting, but it isn't loading. Can you confirm if it says connected? Can you take a screenshot of it and send it to us? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.

    About the issue, can you also share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end and investigate further? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    1. A user sends a message to my WhatsApp business number wa.me/+919773501135


    2. Jotform app shows new conversation initiated


    3. when I check the conversation on Jotform app, I see the AI agent has responded. However, that messages isn't delivered to the client on WhatsApp.


    I've seen other people also report this issue. Given that I can see the alerts and conversation on Jotform app, clearly the WhatsApp connection is active.

    I've created a sample AI Agent and tested it by connecting it to WhatsApp and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

    I'm actually quite disappointed with the support I got. My WhatsApp account for banned within days of integrating jotform. I'm exploring other services now as, surprisingly enough, it took a month for a reply and that too a checkin rather than a solution.
