This is correct. please make this change and cancel my subscription and issue me a refund. Thank you.

Hi David,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can change your email address under your account settings. Let me show you how to do it:
1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Profile Picture/Avatar on the top-right side of the screen.
2. In the menu that opens up, click on your name to open your Account Page in a new browser tab.
3. Now, click on Edit on the right side of your current email address.
4. Then, enter your new email address and click on Save.
If the Require Verification to Change Email is enabled in your account’s Privacy Settings, you’ll first need to enter the authentication code sent to your current account email address to confirm the change.
The email you’ll get with the verification code will look something like this:
Either way, you’ll receive an email sent to your new email address to verify it.
Clicking on the Verify Now button in the email will redirect you to a page saying your new email address has been verified.
At the same time, a message will be sent to your old email address confirming that your account email address has been updated.
If you are unable to access your original email address to get the code, you can fill out our Jotform Account Recovery Form. You can go to our guide on How to Recover Your Jotform Account to fill out the form. Once you have accessed your account, you can follow our guide on How to Cancel Your Subscription and fill out our refund request form. And our relevant team will email you once they've had a chance to look into it.
