    User reports unauthorized credit card usage on their account billing and requests removal of the unknown card without affecting their forms.

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account has already been downgraded to the Silver Yearly plan, and it is scheduled to fully downgrade on September 15, 2025 at the end of the current billing cycle.

    What on earth are you talking about.
    We have issues with an unauthorized credit card user on our account and we were already at Silver it he first place.
    Please REMOVE the CREDIT CARD HOLDER Timothy Beck (we have gone around and around with this) We do not have any member with that name). The Card that "HE removed and got breached was owned by me, Cheryl Ehlers/COAL and was removed by this person, who hacked into a our account.
    Now that we have settled the access, he still remains. GET RID of HIM PLEASE I have sent numerous emails, invoice information about this FRAUD person.
    The account is secured and fine now, but he is the remnant of the disaster we incurred.
    That is all we are asking for. Not to close the account or anything, just to remove him.

    Hi Cheryl,

    I have checked your account in our system and can't see a credit card associated with your account. There's no credit card holder named Timothy Beck under your account. If you're still seeing it on your end, can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Hello,
    I finally removed it, because it was just sitting there andi had to await a new credit card due to this incident .
    I had cancelled my old one and now have the new one in place online.
