Je voudrais acheter un numéro de phone pour un agent IA, MAIS, mon pays n'est pas dans la liste.

J'ai lu qu'un numéro de téléphone peut "parler" et envoyer/recevoir des SMS.

Mon idée serait d'associer ce numéro de phone à un nouveau compte whatsapp, car je n'ai pas de FB et n'en veux pas.

Si oui, comment recevoir le sms de validation whatsapp ?

Auriez-vous une procédure ?

Now, coming back to your question, if I understand correctly, you're looking to purchase a phone number for your AI Agent and connect it to a new WhatsApp account, ideally without using Facebook or an existing WhatsApp number.

At the moment, Jotform’s AI Agent phone numbers can be used for SMS messaging and voice interactions, but they can’t be used to sign up for or bind to a WhatsApp account. WhatsApp integration currently requires a verified WhatsApp Business account managed through Meta, which involves registering a valid number directly within Meta’s Business Manager.

In other words, the phone number you purchase through Jotform (for your AI Agent) doesn’t currently support WhatsApp verification or linking. Also, currently, buying AI Agent's phone numbers are only available for the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
