    My table that the boards were made from is gone, the data is completely empty and the table does not show up. I have an open ticket from yesterday that was not resolved that includes photos.

    Hi millsjamesproductions,

    I understand that you are experiencing an issue where your table that the boards were created from is missing, and the data is completely empty. Additionally, you mentioned having an open ticket regarding this issue that remains unresolved. To assist you better, ensure that you have checked the following:

    Verify if the table is archived or in the Trash folder from your My Workspace page, as deleted tables or forms can be restored from there.Table vs Screenshot 30

    Check the Revision History to see if there have been any changes made to your table that might have affected its visibility or data. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Circular Arrow icon at the top middle of the page to open the Revision History menu.

    2. In the menu on the right side of the page, select the version you want to restore the form to. 

    3. Now, just click on Revert next to the version you select, and then close the Revision History menu in the top right corner.

    Additionally, if you have any screenshots or additional details from your previous ticket, could you share them here.

    Nothing is in the trash. And my workspace now says I have no forms either.

    It appears that those forms are linked to a different account. To investigate further, could you share any saved form links for review? Additionally, since you mentioned that a ticket has already been opened for this issue, could you also provide the email address you used to submit the ticket?
