Getting upload error on one of my forms.

Hi ,

we have a form for stripe connection to collect payment form the clients therefore it require to upload some business registration document but form does not allow to upload the document. Error shows that “ ONLY ONE TIME UPLOAD ALLOW”

please help ..

Hi Miki,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to your Stripe Payment Form? If yes, are you trying to allow multiple uploads in one field? I checked the form and can see here that the widget you added is the Take Photo widget, you can use the Upload Field instead to allow multiple uploads. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element +.
2. Finally, in the left panel, scroll down to File Upload and select and drag it to your form.

That's it. Here's a screencast showing that file upload field allows multiple file upload at once:

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? Can you share the form link as well as the screenshot of the error? We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
