    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The fact that Jotform's pricing is in USD is not hidden. This information is clearly stated on the Pricing Page under the Jotform Pricing FAQ section. You can find it here. Also, upon checking the account, a cancellation date has already been set for March 16th, 2026.

    But to request a refund for your latest invoice, just fill out our Refund Request form. Our relevant team will reach out via email once they’ve reviewed your request. After investigating, you’ll receive an update from our team. If your refund is approved, your account will be downgraded to the Starter (Free) Plan.
