When I go to the "support" page, it opens it up in the same browser as my jotform builder. Is it possible to set it up so that the support stuff pops up in a new browser?

Thank you for reaching support,
May we know from what page or link have you tried to access the support page and experience the issue?
Can you also send us a screenshot of that page, that could help too: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum
We will be waiting for your response.
Thank you for your patience.
Best.

It is when I access it from "My Forms"https://jotform.pro-bark.biz/myformsBy the way, is there a way to access the help feature when I am editing a document. From this screen:https://www.jotform.com/build/201443603425041
Thank you again for your help!

I'm afraid that there is no way to configure the links on the menu to open a new tab, I have opened a feature request for this, although we cannot provide an ETA, we will keep you updated via this ticket.
Regarding the other question, this was moved to a different ticket so we can assist you better and avoid confusion, we will continue assisting you here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2345314
Thanks.

I forgot to mention that links can be opened in a new tab by using a combination of Ctrl + Clicking on it (if you use Windows) or Command + Clicking on the link (if you use Mac). This works with any links regardless the menu configuration.
