Now, coming back to your question. If you are looking to use images in the Multiple Choice or Single Choice elements, unfortunately, it is not possible. A workaround is to use the Image Checkboxes widget to allow users to select multiple options as images or the Image Radio Buttons widget to allow users to only pick one image from the list in typical radio-button logic. Another widget is the Image Picker widget to allow users to select images on your forms.

But, if you are looking to assign a value to the images of any of the widgets mentioned, you can use the Update/Calculate Field conditional logic to assign a value to the selected image. Let me show you an example using the Image Picker widget:

1. Add a Short Text element to your form and use it to assign a value to the selected image from the Image Picker widget.
   
   
2. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
3. Click on Conditions on the left side of the screen.
4. Select the Update/Calculate Field conditional logic.
   
   
5. Set up the Update/Calculate Field conditional logic to assign a value to the created Short Text element. The target value will be based on the image label from the Image Picker widget.
