Reply button in the inbox is not working.

    My replay button is not working. How can i make it work. Is there a configuration of the email that I have tom make?

    The email I am using is NOT the same as the. email for my account.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? That'll help us to understand better what’s going on. We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that. Now, if you're referring to the replay button in your Jotform Inbox that is not working, it can be due to your form having the email address field in a Short Text element, instead of an Email element. If this is the form you're having an issue with the reply button, I checked on it, and it appears you're using a Short Text element in your form.

    Reply button in the inbox is not working Screenshot 30This means that to enable the Reply button, you'll need to add an Email element to your form. It is really easy to do. Let me show you how:

    1. While in Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
    2. Under the Basic tab, scroll down the list and click on the Email element or drag and drop it into your form.
