When I save a pre-filled form and reopen it, the pre-filled text is not displayed.

Yes, you can use a prefilled form with the Save and Continue Later feature. As long as the prefilled fields aren’t left empty before saving, the data will stay saved. Just keep in mind that if you update the data, a new draft link will be created after saving. You can check out this guide on how to do that.
