I received an email having worng information on it.

The following is the content of an email that I received from your company. The email mentioned in your email (rick@cybersalesbyrick.com) is mine but I am not the person listed in the email and do not reside at the address in the email. I tried calling the phone number listed but it is not valid. The name of the person this is sent to is not mine and the address is not mine.

I also checked our email logs, and it appears that you've submitted this form and received an autoresponder email from the form owner. Can you try to contact the form owner to correct your information on the form?
