Where do I find form URL to connect with QR code?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can find the URL and QR code for your form on Publish tab. Let me show you how to locate it:

1. On the Form Builder page, go to the Publish tab at the top navigation bar.
2. On the Quick Share tab on the left.
3. Click on the Copy Link button to copy the URL of the form.
4. At the bottom of the Share Form options, select Share with QR code to generate.

There are other options for sharing forms that you can select.

To find the form URL for connecting with a QR code in JotForm follow these steps:

1. Log in to JotForm: Go to your JotForm account.

2. Select Your Form: Navigate to "My Forms" and select the form you want to use.

3. Get Form URL:

  - Click on the "Publish" tab at the top of the form builder.

  - You’ll see the direct link to your form under "Quick Share." This is your form URL.

4. Generate QR Code: You can then use any QR code generator (like QR Code Generator or similar tools) to create a QR code using that URL.

Now you can share your form via a QR code!
