How to Upgrade Your Account Plan?

I’m a new user and want upgrade to the premium plan, but I’m not seeing the features I should have access to. Since I’m paying for this service, I believe I’m entitled to support.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If I understand you correctly, you want to upgrade your plan and learn about its benefits. You can check out our Pricing Page for that. We have four paid plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold), upgrading your plan increases your form, submission limits, your account's upload limit and allows you to use HIPAA compliance according to your plan. If you want to upgrade your plan, let me show you how:

1. In My Forms, click on Pricing on the upper-right side of your screen.

2. Scroll down and click on the Get Started button on the bottom of the plan you want to select.

3. Choose your payment information and click on the green Continue button.
