Notification Email: Uploaded images are not showing up

    Hi,

    I just want to ask why is that the image attachments are not showing up on my emails. I need to download it individually to view.

    I already on the options in "advance" for the email recipients:

    Hi Darren,

    If you want to display and immediately download all the files uploaded from the Notification Email you received, you need to toggle on the send file uploads as attachments through your notification email. Let me walk you through it:

    1. In the Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Select Emails in the left menu.
    3. Click the Pencil icon of the notification email.Notification Email: Uploaded images are not showing up Image 1 Screenshot 40
    4. Go to the Advanced tab.
    5. Toggle On the Send File Uploads as Attachments.

    7. The uploaded files including the signatures are available to download at the very bottom of the notification email you received. Notification Email: Uploaded images are not showing up Image 3 Screenshot 62

    But based on the screenshot you sent, the send file uploads as attachments are currently toggled. You can see the images from the notification email at the bottom.
