How can I print out my form?

Hello hope all is well,

I'm trying to extract the survey as PDF. so I can print it out as hard copy but I'm not able to do that. I only can download the answer sheet.

what can i do.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you trying to download your form as a fillable PDF? If so, here's how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
2. Click on PDF on the left side of the screen.
3. Click on the Download button, and you're done.
   

But, if you were referring to something else, can you explain a bit more so we can help you with it?

but the thing I need is :

i want to download the survey without the answers with all the multiple choice question

i want to conduct some of the survey offline with paper and pen.

To print your form, first you need to add a submit button. Doing that is easy, let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element+.

2. Then, drag and drop Submit element to your form.

Now let's add a print button.

1. Click on the Submit button and click on the Gear icon.

2. In the tab that opens, click on Advanced.

3. Then, toggle on the bar under Print Button.
