Deleted Paragraph still pulling through onto the PDF

I coned one of my forms and deleted a paragraph with a table as it was giving me too many issues.

I delete the original form, but the deleted paragraphs is still pulling through to the PDF on submission.

I cleared your Form Caches to refresh your form. Can you please try to Clear your Browser Caches and Cookies.

If the issue continues, can you send us the console log of your browser when you're trying to attach images? If you don't know how to do that, we have a guide on How to Get a Console Log Report. This will help us to investigate the issue and provide you with a better and a more accurate solution.

The online form is working 100%. - the paragraph with the table was deleted and does not show up.

The problem is only on the PDF form that is generated on submission. I have cleared my Cache and Cookies, but it still pulls through.

Please can you check the PDF form on submission on your side.

I understand that your PDF form is not updated. I cloned your form to replicate the issue and I saw that related field is not deleted yet. Can you try removing the deleted paragraph in PDF Editor? Let me show you how to do that:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Form Builder text on the upper-left side of your screen.
2. Now, click on PDF Editor.
3. Then, select the field and delete the field.
4. Click on the green Save button to apply the changes.
