Venmo payment option error

    Customers are unable to pay with Venmo on my form. The app does not open. I tried making a new form and tried removing Venmo as the option and adding it back but I am still unsuccessful. Please let me know how I can fix this. Thank you.

    Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it. There are a couple of reasons why Venmo may not be working. Please also make sure the following items are done:

    • Buyer should use his/her mobile phone for checkout. 
    • Venmo app should be installed on the buyer’s mobile phone. 
    • The above is enough for Android users. For iPhone users, Safari should be checked from “Connected Browsers” from Venmo’s settings.

    If the issue persists, please share the device model and iOS version to see if we can replicate the issue using the same device.
