    Hi Jennifer,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to the ORDER FORM? If yes, I see that you are trying to use the PayPal Checkout integration and it is not yet connected to your PayPal account. Can you please try the integration connection using another web browser or device?

    If the issue persists, can you share a screen recording demonstrating the issue? You can use Loom and share the video link here.
