The debit/credit card works fine but PayPal dosen't work and from fillers are unable to submit a form

    The debit/credit card works fine but when someone tries to pay through PayPal, it doesn't work and they cannot submit the form.

    Hi Texas Mums,

    Can you please remove the current PayPal Business integration and add it back? This will refresh the connection. Let me share the steps below:

    1. Under the build section in the Form Builder, Click on the Magic Wand icon to open the payment settings.
    2. Click on the White gear icon to on the right.The debit/credit card works fine but PayPal dosent work and from fillers are unable to submit a form Image 1 Screenshot 30
    3. Click on the Connected green button, you will see the Re-connect button.
    4. Click on the Reconnect, enter your PayPal Business's credentials to re-connect.

    Here is a guide on to integrate with the PayPal Business you should go through. If the issue persists, can you please share with us the screenshot of an error you are getting when submitting a form using PayPal button?  You can also share with us the console log report's screenshot if you are still getting the same error. I've cleared your form caches; your forms are now refreshed.

    Hello. Thank you for the info. I did everything above. The Venmo button doesn't work. It says "We weren't able to open Venmo." The Paypal button allows someone to pay, but then the completed order form does not "submit" to me (the business). This is embarrassing. What are my other options? Remove the entire PayPal checkout and leave the credit/debit card?

    It appears to work in the preview area, but not in the live mode.

    Hi Texas Mums,

    Can you please share with us the screenshot of the console log report when you or your form filler is getting that error with an error and the screencast using Loom or any other screen recording software? You can share the link here, and we will be able to check it out. For the Google Chrome Browser, here are the steps:

    1. Right click and Select Inspect option when you make pay a payment.
    2. Choose Console option from the right side of the right side of the side window. The debit/credit card works fine but PayPal dosent work and from fillers are unable to submit a form Image 1 Screenshot 20
    3. Get the screenshot. That's it.

    If the Venmo is not working, then I suggest you to temporarily choose leave only credit card option to receive the payments. Can you also check with the Venmo's support if they are having any issues at their end since, the Venmo is not opening?
