Hello - Is there a way to customize the way the link is presented when I send it by text? Such as branded with my logo or a preview of the form?

    Hi Sarah,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have cloned your form and I can see that you have already incorporated your logo on the form. You should be able to see your logo upon sharing your link.

    Hi Sarah,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes it is possible to customize the link of your form. Using your domain in your form link, like the one below, is only available with Jotform Enterprise:

    https://forms.yourdomain.com/formId

But, you can add a Custom URL to your form. Let me show you how to do that:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your form and click on Edit Form on the right side of the page.
    2. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    3. Click on the Pencil icon under the Settings button
    4. Edit your form link, click on Apply, and that's it, you're done.

    https://form.jotform.com/yourusername/yourformname

Meanwhile, you can also edit the logo that shows when you share the link. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click the Add Your Logo button at the center of the page.

    2. Select the way you want to add your logo by either Uploading or using other images.
