Can you upload a Word Doc format to make a form?

Currently, Jotform does not support direct uploads of Word documents (.doc or .docx) to create fillable forms. However, you can still use a Word document to create a form by converting your Word Document in to PDF. Here's a guide on how to convert Word to PDF. You can then upload the PDF and create a form. Here's how:

1. Log in to your Jotform account.
2. Click on Create Form and choose Import Form.
3. Select Import Form from PDF and upload the PDF you just created.
